I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager, and the same lady had been doing my nails for 24 years before I moved to Florida last year. He takes his time and never rushes you out of that chair. (Not sure of the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she was amazing) I showed him some pictures of what I was looking for and he delivered as usual! I have been to various nail salons around Saint Augustine and Jacksonville, and no one has shown the professionalism and skill that Stephen has.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLast month I went to Zen nails to have a full set put on and a pedicure. This isn’t a fake review either, though it may seem like that, it’s only this extra because of the reviews down there 👇🏻 Some people are just awful, but then again it is avenue road (forest hill snobs) no way on earth could anyone who comes here rate this anything less then 5 ⭐️ perfect nails each and every time. I’m surprised I didn’t leave five stars back in 2011. Some woman are just straight up rude so much so that I would like to slap people when I’m listening to them.

The music is never offensive or too loud, the staff are so professional and deserve metals for putting up with the mouth of some of the woman that come in here. It is clean, sanitary, organized, professional and much more but cannot not put it all into words. Absolutely each and everyone in this establishment is HIGHLY qualified equally. Upon my return to Toronto in February I booked right away to see Dan, sad to be told he’s retired now from nails ( as he should he’s earned his stripes ) but rested assured knowing all the people in there are so highly qualified beyond belief. I exhausted every salon that did nails on the island I lived in and in the end I decided I give up, no one can do my nails like Dan. Over my two years abroad I wasted €60 on countless occasion just for my nails to fall off within the first week.
I moved to the Mediterranean from 2016-2018 and have just returned back to Toronto. From 2011-2016 I attended this salon religiously every two weeks with the OWNER Dan. I’d like to share my personal experience with zen spa.
